• Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
• Merchandise must have all tags, including Cattiva Boutique tags attached.
• Any merchandise marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
• All items purchased with a promo code are considered final sale.
• All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
• Accessories – Jewelry, bags, hair accessories, hats, bodysuits, underwear, cannot be return.
• Swimwear must have all tags and hygiene liner intact.
• Special order items cannot be return; they are considered “Final Sale”.
• Merchandise can be return at the store for store credit.
• Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
REFUNDS AND PROCESSING
• Refunds will be processed with in approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Store credit can be used online or at the store,
• Store Credit can not be transferred to another person or account
• Store credit is considered like cash.
• Store credit does not have an expiration date.
• Order will be processed Monday through Saturday, between the hours of 11am to 7pm Eastern Standard Time.
• All orders placed on Saturday after 5PM Eastern Standard Time will begin processing on the following Monday.
• Orders will not be processed on Holidays.
• Orders are processed pending on availability.
